Q: How can I order?
A: At least 1 day in advance (of the date/s you want to begin your cleanse), you may either stop by our store in person to order (we recommend this method), or call us during store hours and order over the phone. We do not accept appointments over voicemail.

Q: Is the juice cleanse organic?
A: Yes, every ingredient used in our juice cleanse program is organic. You can check out the ingredients, here.

Q: When do you prepare the cleanse kits?
A: We make your daily juice cleanse kit in the morning of your cleanse to guarantee freshness. Therefore, you must pick up your kit each morning.

Q: What if I cannot pick up my cleanse kit every day of my cleanse?
A: If you absolutely cannot pick up your daily cleanse kit the morning of, you can either pick it up the evening before or pick up two days' worth at once. However, you must discuss your pick-up days/times with us beforehand so that we are able to accommodate you. Keep in mind, however, that fresh is best!

Q: How long can I keep my cleanse kit for?
A: In the refrigerator, it is good for up to 2 days. Just shake well before drinking.

Q: What if I need to cancel or change my juice cleanse date/s?
A: You must notify us at least 1 day in advance before pick up. Once the day of your cleanse has arrived, you cannot receive a rain check or a refund if you have not notified us.
